What is QHHT?

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique is a type of hypnosis developed by the late Dolores Cannon. Through visualization, clients are guided to a deep state of trance, known as the somnambulistic state. They are then led to connect with their limitless Subconscious mind (SC), often referred to as the Higher Self or Over Soul. Through this profound connection, clients can gain insights and answers to questions about their current life and existence that go beyond the boundaries of their conscious mind. QHHT® is used to facilitate spiritual, emotional, and physical wellness.

Preparing for your session:

Setting the Intention
Prior to your session it is encouraged that you set the intention of experiencing clear and direct communication with your Subconscious mind. Say it out loud, emphasizing the present tense: “I have clear and direct communication with my Higher Self (Subconscious).” Repeat this affirmation at least three times daily. Use visual cues, such as a post it note, to reaffirm your intention during daily routines. Before going to bed, reiterate your intention to strengthen your connection during your sleep. This consistent focus will help deepen your connection leading up to your session.


As your facilitator, it is essential that I have your questions and concerns organized in a clear and effective manner. Please take the following steps to ensure that we make the most of our time together:


1. Write down or print your list of questions.


2. Use neat handwriting or an easy to read font if printed.


3. Arrange your questions and concerns in order of importance.


On average, we have time to discuss approximately 15 questions. Whether you have a single question or multiple concerns, please rest assured that our goal is to address them effectively. The quantity of questions is not as critical as their prioritization.


Before your hypnotherapy session, it's important to prepare your body to make the most of the experience. Here are some physical preparation tips to ensure a successful session:


Avoid Stimulants: Refrain from consuming alcoholic or caffeinated beverages leading up to your appointment. If you regularly drink coffee in the morning, it's okay to have a small amount, but try to keep it to a minimum. Stimulants can interfere with the relaxation process, so it's best to minimize their intake.


Light Exercise: Engaging in light exercise, such as taking a walk, before your appointment can be beneficial. Physical activity can help release tension and prepare your body for relaxation during the session. Additionally, it's an opportunity to reaffirm your intention for the session, setting a positive mindset for the experience. Bring walking shoes if you would like to join me for a walk upon your arrival.

Food: There won’t be any breaks for meals so please eat well but not too heavily before you arrive. Healthy, whole food options are ideal and no meat is recommended. Feel free to bring along some snacks and beverages to enjoy afterwards.

Clothing: Wear comfortable clothes and do not put on any perfume or strongly-scented essential oils.


By following these preparation recommendations, you can help ensure that your body is relaxed, your mind is quiet and alert, and you are fully engaged in the hypnotherapy process. This will create an optimal environment for a successful session.
